Hiba Wood │ Multi Purpose Cotton Cloth

A versatile cotton cloth with Cul De Sac-JAPON's original fiber Filhiba®, antibacterial and deodorizing properties of Aomori Hiba. 

Thin, highly absorbent, and breathable, making it useful for wiping vegetables and meats. It can be used as a dishcloth for wiping dishes, or as a knife wiper. It is also heat-resistant, ideal for straining broth, steaming food, or wrapping hot rice balls.

It is as thin as a paper towel but more durable. It will not tear, making it perfect for squeezing fruit juice, draining yoghurt or tofu, and thoroughly squeezing boiled vegetables or salted cucumbers. This prevents side dishes or salads from becoming watery. It can also be easily used as a coffee filter or to replace plastic wrap. The cloth is washable and reusable for various purposes. If the edges fray, they can be trimmed off.
