Shipping policy
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at atomi, or have them delivered to your door personally by our atomi staff.

Shipping Fees
Singapore: $50 island-wide for purchases below $500, and free for any purchase that is above $500. Self-collection is free.
International: shipping is available, and all overseas shipping charges, duties and taxes would be borne by the customer. For more information and enquiries on international shipping, please contact us at hello@atomi.shop.
Delivery Time
We will call and arrange a suitable time with you.
All timeslots comes in a 2-hour interval (e.g. 11am-1pm, 2pm-4pm). We only deliver from Monday to Friday, between 11 am-7 pm. Please inform us at least 1 day in advance should you wish to change your delivery slot.
Re-delivery Request
If you failed to receive the item and would like to request a re-delivery, additional charges will apply.

Furniture Items
1. atomi pte ltd is not responsible or liable for any expenses or losses incurred resulting from the delayed voyages, regardless of the cause of the delay.
2. All of our products are available in a variety of woods. The catalogues and display items give you an idea of what each wood species looks like, as well as some of its characteristics. Keep in mind that wood varies in colour, figure, grain and texture, with no two boards looking exactly alike. These natural occurrences shall not be deemed as defects. No exchange or refund will be allowed unless it is due to a manufacturing defect, as defined under the warranty policy of our manufacturers.
3. The customer will have to pay S$35 per storey for manual deliveries up/down staircases in the event that the furniture cannot fit into the lift or where the lift is not available.
4. Ordered delivery service is available at S$300.00 per visit per location between Monday and Friday, (11.00 am – 5.00 pm). There is no delivery on weekends & public holidays. Additional fees will be chargeable on a case-by-case basis for dates and timing outside the regular hours stated above.
5. In the event the customer or their appointed representative is not present on the scheduled date and time of delivery, the customer shall bear all additional delivery fees involved.
6. All purchased furniture can be kept in the local warehouse for a maximum of 2 weeks from the date of arrival. Warehousing is chargeable thereafter at a per m2 rate.
7. Prices for the above services may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of atomi pte ltd.
8. atomi pte ltd does not provide disposal of furniture or items discarded by the customers.
9. All goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the customer signs the delivery order.
10. atomi pte ltd is not required to offer a remedy if the customers cause the damage to the furniture or accessories, such as in the event if they damage the item through their own actions, or if the defect was caused by the consumer through misuse, inappropriate storage or any actions that cause the damage.
11. The lead-time for all new orders of furniture may take up to approximately 3-4 months from order confirmation to arrival in Singapore.
