Refund policy

Except as expressly provided herein, all purchases are strictly non-exchangeable, non-repayable and non-refundable. We do not accept exchanges for another design, colour or item.

Our team performs a rigorous check on all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment. Goods damaged due to the buyers’ use, fault or negligence are not considered as manufacturing defects and will not be accepted for exchange.

In the case of defective purchases or items delivered in error, please contact us at hello@atomi.shop with a snapshot of the particular defect or erroneous item. After verification, atomi will subsequently request for the item to be sent back to us. All defective or erroneous items are to reach us within 7 working days from the dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 20 business days for international orders. Please note that following the expiry of the aforementioned respective timeframes, no requests for exchange for any defective or erroneous items will be entertained or allowed.

For all items acknowledged by us to be defective or mailed in error, atomi will bear its return shipping and postage costs. Items that are due for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused and with its tags still intact. The item must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, our team of professionals will process and send an email to acknowledge the receipt of the item and inform you of whether the item is approved for exchange. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, a cash voucher of equivalent value, with a validity of 3 months, will be issued to you. THERE WILL STRICTLY BE NO REFUNDS MADE. In the event whereby the returned item is deemed by us to not be defective, the shipping and/or postage charges for the item to be mailed back to the customer shall be borne by the customer. atomi will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.

To facilitate the return or exchange process, the customer shall bear full responsibility in ensuring that the parcel is sealed and mailed back properly. All fragile items have to be properly bubble-wrapped. atomi will not be responsible for any damaged parts or items or lost mails in relation to any exchanges or returns.

We strongly urge our customers to opt for the trackable registered postage service, or otherwise engage a reliable courier service to return the items.
