ABC Cooking Studio x atomi Workshop
If you have always wondered how does sake taste and what type of food to pair it with, fear not because this event offers you the exquisite and insightful experience of sake tasting and pairing like never before.
Being a versatile alternative to wine, sake's various flavours, textures and temperatures perfectly match a whole range of dishes that we have. This includes drunken wings, onigiri with ponzu katsuoboshi and ponzu cured salmon (pre-sliced sashimi grade) and watercress salad.
There will be live demonstrations on how to skewer and make the marinade for the chicken wings. Furthermore, the dishes will be accompanied by 3 sauces which are made from scratch (Smokey Tare Glaze, Ponzu, Honey Soy Vinaigrette).
